“Working Women in the 21st Century: Do You want it Bad enough?”

Join Dr. Marsha Barber as she discusses the “working woman’s challenges.” Women’s Business Alliances of East Parker County Chamber of Commerce will host Dr. Barber on Friday, November 7th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 175 Alford Drive, Weatherford.

Dr. Barber retired in 2013 after a long career as an educator. She spent 18 years in public education and in 1993 founded Trinity Christian Academy where she served for the next 20 years. Dr. Barber has a Bachelor’s degree from TCU in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten Endorsement, a Master’s degree from the University of Houston in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Language, Literature and Reading and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Oral Roberts University. She served on the Association of Christian Schools International South Central Regional Accreditation Commission for 6 years.
