A murder suspect was arrested in a simple traffic stop in Parker County. 21-year-old Timothy Adam Kelley
A simple traffic stop by a DPS troopers in Parker County resulted in the arrest of Timothy Adam Kelley, a 21-year-old Hunt County man accused of murdering a gentleman in his 70s.
According to Hunt County Sheriff Randy Meeks, during the homicide investigation of William Dow Schauer, of Terrell, a second suspect was determined to be involved.
The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office received a call on November 26th at 1:25 pm of an unattended death at a residence on CR 2400 west of Quinlan. Deputies discovered the victim inside the residence and the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the death as a homicide. The Criminal Investigation Division of the Sheriff’s Office began their investigation. It was determined that Kyle Anthony Kauffmann Age 18 of Terrell was involved in the death of Mr. Schauer.
A murder warrant was issued for Kauffmann and he was arrested and placed in the Ellis County Jail on an unrelated theft charge. Kauffmann is now in Hunt County Detention facilities.

Friday, a murder warrant was issued for Timothy Adam Kelley, Age 21 of Dallas. Last night, the Texas Rangers and the Department of Public Safety located Kelley in Parker County, near Mineral Wells.
