An Azle High School student was isolated Wednesday after he threatened to shoot other students. Azle police investigated the incident that happened during the lunch period. Officials said the student suspect told others that students not wearing red to school the next day should be shot. The Azle News says the incident was reported to the principal and the student was placed in in-school suspension. The Azle ISD says they are working with police to determine exactly what happened. The student is isolated from other students but continuing to work on assignments. Officials said no specific student or student group was identified in the statement and that the campus was never placed on lockdown.
