Serial killer loses Supreme Court appeal

A serial killer who previously served time for a local murder has lost his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. On Tuesday, Texas death row inmate Danny Paul Bible lost his appeal the highest court. His attorney, according to the Mineral Wells Index, says his only option now is to appeal to the Governor for clemency. Bible has confessed to four killings, including the 1983 slayings of Tracy Powers, Justin Powers and Pamela Hudgins of Weatherford.
